How To Prepare to Run When You Really Dont Want To

Step 1. Put on work out clothes
Step 2. Find your shoes
Step 3. Make sure a mid-run bathroom break is not necessary
Step 4. Brace yourself for the heat
Step 5. Go outside
Step 6. Start walking
Step 7. Start running!

haha, so true! I always put on my work-out clothes just because they are "comfy" to try and trick myself!
